I came in after seeing a few mechanics and was happy with the explanation I recieved from Roberto about my vehicle and what is needing to be fixed. I was able to get financed and they just happened to get it fixed the same day. Changed camber kit, control arms, CV axle, pitman arm, idler arm and brackets, sway bar links and alignment.

Roberto was very helpful. I came in with a screw on my 🛞 tire. Roberto told me there was two however it did not go all way through tire so nothing need to be done. He said no charge and my brakes were good, didn’t need to be change like dealer had told me. I’ve be coming back next week to get my ac check out and for future services.

Unacceptable customer service. Absolutely horrible place, they did an oil change but stripped the drain plug which caused the truck to leak all the oil out. There was no oil leak before they touched it. They also tried to charge us for putting on new headlights which they didn't do because it would be to hard. After the fact they tried to lie and say they reached out about not doing the lights but there is nothing proving that in our phone records, and If you dont do the work DO NOT TRY CHARGING FOR IT. Get your car checked by a real shop after service here if you didnt buy their tires. After getting thr truck checked at another shop due to the new oil leak the shop informed me that the drain plug is damaged and they put a bigger O ring on to try and hide the oil leak but there is play in the plug itself which there wasnt before this place touched the truck. They also refuse to do the full refund that corporate promised saying corporate didnt tell the shop about it.

Had the pleasure of meeting Roberto Valenzuela at Big O who saved me from buying cheap quality tires that would've costed me a lot more and helped me find a killer deal on some really great quality tires. It only took overnight to have the tires delivered and they were mounted and balanced the next day. Also did an oil change and alignment. I was only waiting for about an hour. Very happy with the cost of it all and very happy with the service. Highly recommend!!!
